Who processes your personal data?

Your personal data is processed by United Defence BV, the payment provider, and IT service provider.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

We only provide your personal data to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the agreement with you.

Processing purposes

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. (a) consent, (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract), of the General Data Protection Regulation.

United Defence BV collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, monitoring orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising). We do not use your personal data for other purposes, unless you have given consent for this. We do not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that may have consequences for you.

Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of Article 6.1. a) (consent), the customer always has the right to withdraw the given consent.

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period necessary to meet legal requirements (including in the field of accounting). This means that we retain your personal data for at least the duration that you use our services.

Based on tax legislation, however, we are obliged to retain personal data that is mentioned in documents that belong to our business administration (such as invoices, order and delivery notes) for 7 years.

How do we protect your personal data?

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against loss and unauthorized use by third parties, such as hacking, spamming or spreading viruses. If you nevertheless think that misuse has been made of your personal data, you can contact us.

Customer rights

The customer has the right at all times to access their personal data and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, have their processing restricted and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.
