Personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period necessary to meet legal requirements (including in the field of accounting). This means that we retain your personal data for at least the duration that you use our services.
Based on tax legislation, however, we are obliged to retain personal data that is mentioned in documents that belong to our business administration (such as invoices, order and delivery notes) for 7 years.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against loss and unauthorized use by third parties, such as hacking, spamming or spreading viruses. If you nevertheless think that misuse has been made of your personal data, you can contact us.
The customer has the right at all times to access their personal data and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, have their processing restricted and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.
